Good meet!!!!! This was a small, pre-season meet but it was perfect for getting back into the swing of competition. Boo’s score on every event was higher than at any meet last season.
Bars was first. Boo hit her whole routine with a few mistakes. 8.600, 2nd place
Beam went okay. She had a big wobble on the full turn and on her series and fell on the jump 3/4. But it was still better than last season! 8.500, 2nd place
Floor went BEAUTIFULLY!!! She stuck her first tumbling pass like there was glue on her feet!. Her second pass was good with a lunge step on the landing. There were a couple tiny wobbles but even her switch leap looked much improved. 9.200, 4th place
Vault was good. She had nice form but took a step on the landing. 8.900, 4th place
2nd place all around with a 35.200!!! Woo hoo!!!!! She brought her AA score up 1.5 points over state meet last season! She really did a totally amazing job! We are so proud of her!
