Back Walkover on Beam- CHECK!

Big day at practice today! Boo got her back walkover on the high beam! Yea!!! She hasn’t worked on them much in the last few weeks but she did do some on the floor beam at home. Well today she did a few on the floor beam at the gym, then moved them to the low beam. After doing two or three on the low beam, the coach moved her to the high beam. And she did it! She managed to land several of them beautifully! It was like she’d known how to do them all along, no worries. It was great! Needless to say, she’s very proud of herself.
